Does Your Site Contain Adult Or Hate Related Material:	Yes No
Does Your Site Contain Material On: Smoking, Gambling / Casino, Pharmacy, Alternative Medicine, Or Astrology	Yes No Unsure

Now you have to do this every time you make a new post.
